What is your capacity?

  • We can accommodate up to 150 in our Ballroom and up to 250 tented on our beautiful 3 acre property.

Will there be another wedding on the same day?

  • No, we only host one wedding a day, you and your guests will have exclusive use of the Manor and the property.

Do I need to schedule a tour or can I just stop by?

  • We kindly request that all tours are by appointment only. You can contact us to request a tour here.

Is there a venue fee?

  • No.

Are you ADA compliant?

  • Yes.

If we decide to have a tented reception, is the tent included in the price and does Mountainville Manor provide the tent?

  • The tent is not included in the price. Mountainville Manor does not provide the tent. We have recommended tent vendors.

Am I able to remove the second course from my package?

  • Yes, the first or second course may be removed from any package. The food and beverage fee would be $10 less per person.

May I add more display stations?

  • Yes, every package can be customized personally for you.

Do you offer a vegetarian main entree option?

  • Yes, a vegetarian main entree option is included in every package, it is chef’s choice, and in addition to your selected main entrees.

Will you accommodate my vegan, keto, and gluten free guests?

  • Yes, we  accommodate all special dietary needs.

What is the curfew for a tented reception?

  • 10:00 pm

What is the curfew for a ballroom reception?

  • 12:00 am

  • Please contact us for current date availability.

Can you accommodate an after-party?

  • Yes.

How do I reserve a date?

  • To reserve a date email us at info@mountainvillemanor.com saying you are ready to book a date. Please include your preferred date along with the first and last names of you and your partner, an address, contact phone number and email. Also provide the estimated number of guests and your package choice. Please understand that we can not “soft hold” dates. Dates are only secured with a signed contact and receipt of first deposit payment. If a contract is not signed and the deposit payment is not received back within 7 calendar days, the contract will be considered void and the date may be provided to another couple.

Do you include a “wedding day coordinator”?

  • Yes, a “Day of Coordinator” is included with all of our wedding packages.

Do you allow outside caterers?

  • No.

Do you require that we hire a Wedding Planner?

  • No.

Do you require that we only use your preferred vendors?

  • No, although we highly recommend our preferred vendors, you may use other vendors of your choice. We will require a Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) from each vendor that will work on the property.

Do you offer vendor meals?

  • Yes, vendor meals will be provided at half price.  If you use any of our preferred vendors, their meals will be provided at no charge.

Are there overnight accommodations nearby?

  • Yes, you can visit our accommodations page to see some of the nearby hotels and bed & breakfasts.

Do you offer straight tables instead of round?

  • We primarily use a mix of round tables (60” seating 6 to 8 and 72” seating 9 to 10) and a large sweetheart table for the couple. We do have a limited number of straight tables onsite that can be used or additional straight tables can be rented for a relatively modest fee if desired.

Do you provide table linens, tableware, etc?

  • Yes, in every package we provide tables, linens, champagne Chivari chairs, chair pads, tableware, tea light candles, small ivory lanterns, menu cards, and escort board.

Is there a separate fee to have the ceremony on site?

  • Yes, there is a ceremony fee.

What time will I have access to the venue the day of my wedding?

  • You may arrive 4 hours before the start of your ceremony. If your ceremony is off-site, you may arrive 4 hours before your reception.

What happens in case of rain?

  • In the case of rain the ceremony will be held in the ballroom.  We can make this decision the day of within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time of the ceremony. It is a seamless transition, there is no disruption to your event.

Do you allow dogs onsite to play a part in our wedding day?

  • We are dog friendly. Dogs are allowed with pre-approval by Lauren and James.
