Our staff will be at your disposal to answer your questions and walk you through a prospective wedding day. Chef Craig Shelton and his team will prepare a delectable display of local cheeses, charcuterie, and hors d’oeuvres that celebrate the Hudson Valley’s organic farms, with lovely wines to compliment the cuisine.
